Employers on Careerquil are hiring designers they’ve never met in person, often for tasks that involve confidential brand assets, product mockups, or even limited access to internal tools. Verified identity is what lets a client trust that the person behind a profile is a real, accountable individual, not an anonymous account that could disappear the moment something goes wrong.

It protects the marketplace from fraud

Steps To Correctly Verify Yourself

Once you understand why it matters, the process itself only takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Log in to your account
Go to talents.careerquil.com and sign in with your registered email and password. If you don’t have an account yet, create one and complete your profile setup first.

Step 2: Open your dashboard
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the page. This takes you into your account dashboard, where you’ll see your name and freelancer status in the sidebar.

Step 3: Click Verify in the sidebar
Scroll down the left hand menu until you find Verify, and click it to open the verification form.

Step 4: Fill in your personal details
Enter your full legal name and a valid contact number. Use the name exactly as it appears on your official ID, since a mismatch can delay approval.

Step 5: Enter your ID number
In the CNIC / Passport / NIN / SSN field, enter the number for whichever valid government issued ID you have. Use the same ID consistently throughout the form.

Step 6: Upload your ID document
Click Choose File and upload a clear photo or scan of the same document whose number you entered. Make sure all four corners are visible and the text is easy to read. Blurry uploads are one of the most common reasons verification gets delayed.

Step 7: Add your address
Enter your current residential address, matching the address linked to your ID where possible.

Step 8: Submit for verification
Once every field is complete, click Submit Verification. Our team will review your details and documents, and you’ll be notified as soon as your account is verified.
